Use support@ro7a.com for help, early-testing requests, map issues and suggestions. A short description, your app version and device model are usually enough.
Keep personal details private
Do not send passwords, verification codes, API keys or a full travel history. Share a location only when it is necessary to explain your request.
Privacy requests
Use the same support address for access or deletion requests. We may need proportionate information to identify the relevant account. We will never ask you to email your password.
