Clear device data
Use the app’s local-data deletion controls to remove the data covered by that control. Check saved places, recent searches and downloaded maps separately where relevant. Removing the app does not by itself send a server-account deletion request.
Delete an optional account
Where available, use the account deletion control while signed in. It revokes the account’s sessions and removes the stored account profile. If you cannot access that control, email support@ro7a.com with “Account deletion”.
Contributions and research
Stop optional research in Privacy and use its deletion control. Reports and road detections have separate moderation and expiry rules; do not assume that deleting a profile instantly removes every de-identified public map observation or backup.
Request help safely
Describe the request and the minimum account information needed to locate it. Never send a password, verification code or access token. We may ask for reasonable identity verification and explain any retention that still applies.
