Is Ro7a free?+
The current owner test version is free to use. There is no mandatory paid subscription or advertising SDK in the pilot. We will explain any future changes before they apply.
Do I need an account?+
You can explore, search and use core navigation without a personal account. Optional contributor sign-in is separate.
Does it work without internet?+
Downloaded maps and some saved or cached information remain useful. A new route calculation and online rerouting currently need internet.
Is the traffic live?+
No. Live traffic coverage has not been validated or connected as a public product feature. Moving vehicles on this website are illustrative.
Which languages are available?+
Arabic, English, Sorani and Kurmanji/Badini interfaces are planned and present in the current development work. Kurdish wording still needs native-speaker review. Voice availability varies; included Sara/Rami recordings are Arabic.
Can I report a road issue?+
The app offers report categories with an explicit confirmation. Reports can be uncertain, outdated or awaiting review. Use the controls only when stopped or with a passenger’s help.
How do I remove my data?+
Use the relevant app deletion controls. See the data-deletion page for the difference between device data, an optional account and an email request.
